- Minimum valuation/purchase price £25,000
- The administration and valuation fee will be added to the debt
on completion
- Tenancy must be by way of a formal assured shorthold tenancy
agreement for a term of between 6 and 12 months
- Property must be let as a single unit to a person in paid
employment. It is the Society's policy not to permit DSS claimants
or student lets
- Life, Accident, Sickness and Unemployment insurance is
recommended by the Society and can be arranged with the applicants
if required
- Building and contents insurance cover will be recommended and
can be arranged by the Society through our Home Insurance policy
- A private insurance fee will be charged if buildings insurance
is not arranged by the Society. The fee applicable is £25
- Early repayment Charge: A charge will be made equivalent to the
monetary value of the benefit received if the mortgage is repaid
during the period of the mortgage product. In the case of part
